Why sometimes do things suck?

Why sometimes do things suck really ,really bad? I wonder this question more than I should. Sometimes when things seem to good to be true, they really are. You think that you have things all figured out and things are going to work for you and then WAM....out of nowhere they go right down the drain.....

How does this happen, and why so fast? Let's talk about gas for example. It takes just a few seconds for the price of gas to raise, but it can take weeks for it to drop....why is that? You tell me. I don't know, but I would love to have the answer. Here another on for ya, I'm on a roll.

Why do we go to school and work so hard to have no or little money, and not be able to get a better job? Why is it that we are stuck right where they want us and we have no opinion? Ya know, it seems like those who do not try for these things or do not even want them get life handed to them on a silver platter.....that really irks my crawl, if ya know what I mean. Sometimes I feel like I am screaming at the top of my lungs, but no one hears me. Why is that?

Here is the one thing that makes all the difference in the world:

She is the light of my life, so innocent and sweet, and I hope to make her life better.....I love her, she makes me happy. I'm just testy and venting.

I had a interview for a job today. It has become easier to think that this is just another job I am not going to get so that I do not get my hopes up and then if I do get it I will be pumped. It is in God's hands now, everything is. I am thankful for the life he has blessed me with and I know there are other things in store, I just have to ride this roller coaster they call life until he is ready. It is hard to leave my worries at his feet, I need to work on that. Pray for me, things are good, but they need to be better, financially that is. I need to get paid more, it sucks that that world really does revolve around money. If it was happiness and love, I'd be a millionaire!

Laugh, What is laughter? Laughter is an audible expression or appearance of merriment or happiness or an inward feeling of joy and pleasure (laughing on the inside). When Calleigh laughs, my whole world is lit up. She is in the stage now where has become vocal and she talks to us all the time, which I love! Below is a video of her talking and laughing with Andrew and his's sweet!

In our eyes, this is the sweetest thing we have ever seen. It is great being her parents! I love her so much, more than anyone else will ever understand. She's my little angel!

We had a busy weekend. Friday evening we dropped Calleigh off with her Grandma Janet to spend the night! They had a good time! We also went to Andrew's Grandma Wibbeler's house because it was her birthday and the family suprised her with ice cream cake~YUMMY! On Saturday, we got up and helped Andrew's brother move apartments in West Layfette. We picked up Calleigh and we all stayed home. On Sunday we went to Church and then Calleigh and I went with my mom to Evansville. When we got home, we went to Andrea and Kyle's house to hang out with them and Randi and Shane. It was fun. We do not have a busy schedule (yet) this week, so hopefully we can have a little family time!

Calleigh's Pics

I just wanted to post a few pics of Calleigh's new ones! She did such a good job of smiling all the time, which she does anyways! Such an angel!

We have been seeing some of the plans God has for us first hand this week! I am not gonna go into exactly what has happened, let's just say he has lifted a heavy burden off of our shoulders!

I am getting very excited about my best friend having her baby shortly! I love that our lives have fallen into place just as we always imagined. WE used to say how neat it would be to marry best friends, get married at the same time, be pregnant at the same time, have our kids all together at the same time, and spend the rest of our lives together........and here we are today. We did get married to best friends just short of one year apart, we were pregnant at the same time, and now I have Calleigh and in September Andrea will have Alyssa here too! Life is great and I am so blessed to have these two people in my and Andrew's life! It is also nice to have other believers as friends. Calleigh is so lucky to have them as her Godparents!

Tonight is just Andrew and I...Calleigh is staying with Andrew's mom and we are helping move his brother into a new apartment tomorrow...that makes for a long day! Off to Church Sunday, and start the whole routine all over again!

Faithfully has many meanings and means so many thing to so many people.

If any of you listen to the band Journey then you know their popular song. To me, that is one of the songs that symbolize what a relationship should be about:

Right down the line its been you and me, Oh girl, you stand by me,
I'm forever yours, faithfully

another popular line is:

wondering where I am, lost without you

I am so blessed to have a husband that is everything I always imagined. When I was little I always thought about what "he" would be like. After being in relationship after relationship, I took a break. After a year of having fun in college, hanging out with my girls, I decided it was time to start dating again. Not as easy as I thought. Just because I decided it was time, God did not. After a few not so good dates, I told myself "he's out there, I just have to wait". On a late night drive with my best friend Andrea, I described to her my "perfect" guy. I told her he needed to be good-looking, have a wonderful personality, have a job, but still have free time, like sports, be a country guy but know when to dress up and go out, and believe in God. That's all I wanted, how hard could it be?!? Then I met Andrew.

It was like God heard everything I said I was looking for and placed it all into this one wonderful person. Or maybe God placed that "perfect" guy into my head so when I met Andrew I would know it was him. Our relationship started out all of the sudden.....we never really knew it was happening and then we were together everyday. The first kiss was everything it was supposed to be....and a little more! It was perfect and I knew this was the person I was going to marry.

Just 1 1/2 short years later it happened.....he asked me to be his wife and spend forever with him. And then, just one short year later(to the day) we were walkingdown the aisle, saying our vows, and were Mr. and Mrs. Wibbeler. And here we are today. Married for almost 3 years, blessed with a life full of happiness, and parents of a wonderful little girl! Life is great for us and could not be any better!

So for Andrew, I want to dedicate the song "I need you" by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill to him.

Another way faithfully can be used is living your life faithfully through the Lord. Andrew and I both were believers, but after being together, our faith has gotten stronger. Esecially when trying to have a baby. For about 1 year we tried and tried and nothing. We prayed and even had friends and some family praying about it. Then one day while I was mowing the yard, it was God speaking to me telling me that good things were about to happen, just be patient. So, as I mowed and listened to my Ipod, I just listened to one song, Days of Elijah. After I got done mowing, I told Andrew that God was going to do good thing for us very soon. Just one month later I took the test and found out I was pregnant; we were finally going to have a baby! It was a day I will never forget! This is just one example of what being faithful is all about.

I hope that everyone reads this and learns that being faithful can and does have more than one meaning.

My baby rolled over!

My husband just called me to tell me that Calleigh just rolled over for the first time! We have been working with her each night to see if she can roll and she finally did today! It was not a complete roll, just from her stomach to her back, but that is a big step for a baby her age! I am sad that I missed it, but I know that she will do it again and I will be able to see it! These are just a few of the reasons I love being a mommy!

Love to all,

Congrats, The Bachelorette, and others

Well, I am going to start todays post by congratulating Julie and her new husband on getting married!

Being married is such a blessing and such a wonderful thing. I have been blessed with a wonderful husband and now a wonderful daughter! Life is great!

I also want to give a little shout out to my friend Chelsea, you looked amazing in the pagent! Way to go!

As some of you may know, I am a HUGE fan of the tv show The Bachelor/The Bachelorette. The Bachelorette just ended this Monday. Let's just say for me, it was a shocker. Jason, who was my favorite all along made it all the way to the final rose ceremony. He was sweet, good looking, had a successful job, and was ready to be in love. He seemed to have is guard up for such a long time and when he finally told DeAnna about his son, Ty, his guard came down. They began falling in love and I thought for sure he was the one show was going to pick. Then, the first car pulls up to the mansion(and if you watch the bachelor/bachelorette, you know what this means!). When they opened the door I knew Jason was not the one she picked. The problem was, he was so sure, and from the look on her face she did not show anyone he was not the one she picked. She even let him get down on one knee before she told him that she was in love with someone else! What was that all about?

She did pick Jesse, and at the final show they seemed like they were very happy! They have even set a date already! So, sometimes we are suprised by the choices other make and things can look and seem one way and do a total 360 on ya! You just never know what to expect!

Calleigh got her baby pictures taken last Thursday and they turned out so good! She is such a little camera hog, she loves having her picture taken! I will post her pics soon! I am thinking about having her in the little baby contest at the fair this coming week! We'll see about that, I am still deciding! She is so sweet, such an answer to our prayers! Well, I will quit not, I have a lot to write about but I will save it for next time!

The 4th of July

The 4th of July was not a bad one this year. Usually, the 4th of July is just not a fun day for me. When I was 10 years old, I went to my grandma's house that morning to meet my parents who had been there that night taking care of my grandma because she was very sick. When I got to her house, they told me that she had passed away early that morning. Since I was very close to my grandmother, I was very upset. Since then, the 4th of July has been on of my least favorite holidays. Andrew always goes out of his way to make sure that on this day I have lots of things to do to keep my mind off what day it is. It was the first 4th of July with Calleigh and that makes things easier. Whenever I look into her little eyes and she smiles at me the world is so much better. When things seems to be wrong, I just remember that I have her and Andrew and life is just as it should be. I am very blessed to have a wonderful and loving family. God has blessed my life with so many things I feel like I do not deserve. I have a good job, a loving husband, and wonderful little girl, and friends and family who love me, regardless of my flaws. I found a bible passage today that meant a lot to me, 1 Samuel 1:27. Check it out. It's pretty cool! Hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying their summer!
